Running Accomplishments:

I ran the Park City Half Marathon August 23, 2008 as my first half marathon. My time was 1:48:33.

Short-Term Running Goals:

To beat my current 5K PR (20:48) and my half marathon PR (1:48:33).

I don't know how many miles I should put but I"ll just stick 1 in there to get this to show up... I rode the bike for about 8 miles today. It seemed like the longest 8 miles I've ever ridden. My dad has a thing on the handle bars that shows the time, so each minute seemed to last forever! I had to eventually cover it and then only let myself look at if after every song. I can definitely see how this is going to help me stay in shape while I heal!

Ouch!! I ran to then on the track today and when I was finishing up 2.25 miles, my shins and hip started hurting so I decided that I would start running home instead of running the 3 that I'd planned to on the track. As soon as I stopped running when I got home, my hip started to hurt even more. Not good. I think I'm going to have to just go biking for awhile because this isn't good.
