I ran the Park City Half Marathon August 23, 2008 as my first half marathon. My time was 1:48:33.

Short-Term Running Goals:

To beat my current 5K PR (20:48) and my half marathon PR (1:48:33).

We ran on the Shoreline Trail today, across from the Zoo. I was feeling really tight and sore for about the first mile then I loosened up and felt like I had a really good run. I ran with Bre and Susannah, the whole run took me about 55 minutes. I still have this stupid cold, I think it's getting a little better. My ankle is defintely still swollen. It almost looks like it's a bit more swollen. Maybe the pop I heard yesterday wasn't a a good thing...

I would have to say that pops in general aren't very bueno. you should TAKE CARE OF IT before it gets worse! this chicabuena knows from experience.
